Q: Payment Methods
What payment methods do you accept?

A: We use Stripe to handle our credit/debit card transactions, or you may choose to use Paypal.  Paypal can also process any credit or debit card transaction, and an account with them is not required. Payment by cheque, money order, or BACs is not accepted.  Payment accepted in British Sterling(GBP/£) only.

Q: Shipping Costs
How do you figure shipping costs?

A: Shipping is based on the subtotal of your order, prior to any discounts and sale prices.  By registering, the cart will display the shipping costs to your delivery address.  Alternatively, you can review the chart below for costs.  Orders of £15 or more for shipping within the UK will receive FREE SHIPPING!   Just add your items to your cart - no codes to remember as the free shipping is applied at checkout.

What are your shipping rates for the UK?

A: All items will be sent by the delivery method of your choosing during checkout.   Please refer to our chart below for postage rates based on the subtotal of your order. Delivery will be by Royal Mail.  Remember for UK deliveries of £15 or more, shipping will be FREE!   Just add your items to your cart - no codes to remember as the free shipping is applied at checkout.

Q: Shipping Time
How long until my order ships?

A:My Responsibility:
I strive to ship all orders within 2 working days for orders received before 2am. Please allow an extra day when this runs into a Sunday or bank holiday, or if your order was placed after 2pm.

Royal Mail's Responsibility:
For orders within the UK which are shipped by First Class, there is a 1-2 day delivery aim. Orders shipped by Special Delivery can expect next day delivery provided the order was placed before 2pm.

Q: Lost Order
I still haven't received my order. What can I do?

A: If you believe your order has been lost in transit, and you feel enough time has passed, be sure to email me about it.

Some of the things you can check first are with your local post office, check for any cards that may have been pushed through the door in your absence, check with a neighbour where your package may have been left with, etc.

Please note that I have to wait 15 days from when I posted your item before I can make a claim with Royal Mail.

Q: Return Policy
What is your return policy?

A: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt, and you must notify us first of your intention. You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of intent to cancel.  Returns shall be made at your own expense for postage.  

We will not accept returns unless we were notified first.  And lastly, the item must be returned in the condition is was sent to you.

Refunds will be given which include the cost of the order, and postage costs for delivery to you.

Q: Response Time
I have sent several emails, but have not received an answer!

A: We try to respond to all emails as quickly as possible.  Please allow 24 hrs for a reply.  If you have not heard from us again, we encourage you to please try again in case the email was lost.

Q: Privacy Policy
What is your policy regarding my privacy?

A: We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

* phone number
* email address

We use Paypal or Stripe to collect credit card payments, so we never see any credit card details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
